Client Accounting Services

We provide a full range of services for our clients to better allow them to manage their businesses. This includes monthly assistance in preparation of financial statements, design and preparation of key management reporting data, payroll processing setup and assistance, tax compliance in payroll, cafeteria plans, sales tax (multi-state), personal property and business licenses and outsourcing. In addition we provide full year-end compiled financial statements in accordance with the standards of the AICPA.

Audits

Regardless of the size, structure or industry of your firm, we have the expertise to provide full scope audits of your financial statements. We provide audit services to companies ranging in size from $1,000,000 to over $400,000,000 in sales. These can be generated for any variety of reasons - lender requirements, regulatory compliance, outside shareholder interest, etc.

We have received the highest rating from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) on their independent review of our audit work. This review was carried out under the standards of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Financial Software

We provide guidance, installation, setup, training, and support for a variety of accounting software packages, including Peachtree and QuickBooks. We train your personnel to prepare all key elements of management financial information.

Outsourcing

These services are available to provide your business with supplemental accounting staff at whatever skill level, whenever required. We are able to assist with special projects; system start-ups or conversions; vacancies created by growth, relocation, vacation, leaves, illness, etc. Staffing and fees are tailored to your individual requirements.

Reviews

Often a review can be a very cost effective way of providing assurance to third parties, such as banks and other lenders, without the additional cost of a full scope audit. A review focuses primarily on evaluation of systems to produce financial results without specifically testing those systems.
