Profit Action Index
We believe we have
an obligation to our clients to identify opportunities to help our clients
improve their business. We have an internal process to identify and
measure the value of ideas we bring to clients. We call it the
Client Profit Action (CPA) Index. We have consistently delivered to
clients, on an overall basis, ideas worth in excess of $5 for every $1
billed in fees. The current value of the profit enhancement ideas we
have delivered to our clients in the last twelve months is noted
above. Examples of some of these ideas are as follows:
